Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital is planning a 53,000-square-foot in-patient hospital in Tamaya, according to plans submitted to the city, the Jacksonville Daily Record reports.
The facility will be on 5.18 acres at northeast Kernan and Beach boulevards. Tamaya Loan Acquisition LLC owns the parcel. It is adjacent to Grand Living at Tamaya, an independent living, assisted living and memory care facility.
Plans show a three-story, 53,000-square-foot building, a parking lot and space for a 12,000-square-foot future expansion. Read more.
